摘要
提出了一种热泵-冷热电联产余热回收系统,该系统回收利用溴化锂制冷系统的冷凝热加热锅炉除盐水,以减少进入除氧器的背压蒸汽量。试验研究结果表明:热泵系统性能系数(COPP)高达6.13,此时锅炉除盐水出口温度为67.8℃;热泵-冷热电联供方式比热电联供+电制冷分产方式的一次能耗节约26.61%,节能效果显著。
A new heat recovery system applying heat pump system in combined cooling,heating and power system(CCHP)was proposed.The system can recover the heat of the LiBr refrigeration cooling water to heat the demineralized water of the boiler,thus to reduce the back pressure steam entering the deaerator.Experimental research on this system shows that,when outlet temperature of the demineralized water is 67.8℃,coefficient of performance(COP)of the heat pump system reaches up to 6.13,and the primary energy consumption of the heat pump-CCHP system is 26.61%lower than that of the combined heat and power production system(CHP)combing with electricity-driven refrigeration,indicating the energy saving effect of the new system is significant.
