摘要 利用絮凝理论,增加燃煤细颗粒物之间的作用力,促使细颗粒物团聚长大,进而被现有除尘装置有效捕获,以减少燃煤细微颗粒物的排放。以沙角C电厂静电除尘器第4电场的飞灰为研究对象,对燃煤烟气中的细颗粒物在化学团聚剂作用下的团聚行为进行了实验研究,考察了团聚剂种类、团聚剂浓度、温度等因素对其团聚性能的影响。结果表明:添加团聚剂后,颗粒物主要通过高分子链的吸附搭桥作用发生团聚,非离子型的团聚剂KGM和LBG对燃煤颗粒团聚效果显著;团聚剂浓度越大、温度越高,对颗粒物的团聚作用越强。 The agglomeration characteristics of particulate matters.(PM)from fly ash collected from the forth field of ESP in Shajiao C Power Plant was evaluated.The influence of agent type,agent concentration and temperatures on the agglomeration rate was discussed.The results indicate that,it is the adsorption bridge of polymer chain that contributed to the agglomeration among particulate matters.Of all the tested agents,the non-ionic agent,KGM and LBG,have greater agglomeration rate,and the agglomeration effect between fine particles would be stronger at higher temperatures and higher agent concentrations.
