摘要 针对移动电极电除尘器(MEEP)清灰刷传动机构外露、使用寿命低等进行改进:将齿轮和链轮传动部分改进为齿轮箱结构;运用ANSYS软件将齿轮箱的箱体进行优化,以箱体壁厚为变量、箱体的动态性能为分析目标,采用逐次逼近法,对箱体进行计算,得到最佳箱体壁厚为6mm。改造后,简化了安装工序,提高了MEEP关键部件的使用寿命和除尘效率。 The transmission mechanism of mobile electrode electrostatic precipitator(MEEP)brush was improved.The gear and sprocket transmission part was transformed into gear box structure,to increase the stability of key component.Thus,the installation process was simplified,the dust removal performance was enhanced,and the overall performance of the MEEP was improved,from several aspects.Furthermore,the finite elements software ANSYS was employed to optimize the gear housing.The box wall thickness was taken as the variable and the dynamic property of the gear box was taken as the aim.The successive approximation approach was applied.The results indicate the optimum box wall thickness should be 6mm.
