摘要
对窄分布EO/PO嵌段聚醚合成工艺进行研究,筛选出一种适用于EO/PO嵌段聚醚合成的新型组合催化剂,并对反应温度、反应压力及微量水分等条件对产物分子量分布的影响进行了讨论。优化了合成工艺条件,合成得到的EO/PO嵌段聚醚,具有分子量分布窄的特点。
Synthesis of EO/PO block polyether with narrow molecular weight distribution was studied; new catalyst for synthesis of EO/PO block polyether was screened out, and influence of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and moisture condition on the molecular weight distribution was investigated. The synthesis conditions were optimized. EO/PO block polyether synthesized under optimized conditions has narrow molecular weight distribution.
