单纯肺部受累的IgG4相关性肺疾病一例 被引量：8

摘要 2001年,日本学者Hamano等[1]首次报道1例硬化性胰腺炎患者血清IgG4水平显著增高,提出了IgG4相关性疾病是一种累及多个脏器的硬化性疾病.2004年,Kamisawa[2]报道了1例IgG4相关性疾病患者肺部受累.近年来,国内外文献陆续有IgG4相关性肺疾病（IgG4-related lung disease,IgG4-RLD）的个案报道和案例总结[3-18].本病以多脏器并存较常见（＞90％）[19],也可单独肺部受累.对于单纯肺部受累的IgG4-RLD,其临床和实验检查往往提示非特异性改变,胸部影像学表现多样,病理学提示淋巴浆细胞浸润,缺乏特异性,易误诊、漏诊.现将广州医科大学附属第一医院确诊的一例单纯肺部受累的IgG4-RLD报道如下.
