Progress of GP73 as a new tumor marker for clinical application

摘要 高尔基体蛋白73( GP73)是定位于高尔基体的一种新型跨膜糖蛋白,正常情况下,其主要表达于人胆管上皮细胞中。近年来的研究发现,GP73在肝癌、前列腺癌、肺癌、肾癌等多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达状态,有望作为一种潜在的新型肿瘤标志物应用于临床肿瘤诊断。(中华检验医学杂志,2014,37:661-664) Golgi protein 73, a novel Golgi-localized transmembrane glycoprotein , is normally expressed in biliary epithelial cells of human tissues.Researches show that GP73 is overexpressed in many tumor tissues, such as hepatocellular carcinoma , prostate cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, renal cell cancer, and so on, which may play on important role in cancer diagnosis as a novel tumor marker.
