Based on GB18584-2001 ＂Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials—Limit of harmful substances of wood based furniture＂ standard regulation,uncertainty in formaldehyde content measurement was evaluated under the actual formaldehyde determination process of furniture products in aspects of theory and practical which is the main factors influencing the test results,how to establish the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation and how to calculate and measure the synthetic uncertainty as well as the items to be noted were also discussed in the paper.
