摘要
采用聚集度指标、Taylor幂法则、Iwao回归方程对日本壶链蚧雌成虫空间分布型进行测定。结果表明,日本壶链蚧雌成虫在林间任何密度下均呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分为个体群,且个体间相互吸引,聚集度随密度增加而增加,聚集原因由昆虫本身聚集行为引起。应用Iwao的抽样原理,建立了日本壶链蚧雌成虫的林间理论抽样模型:理论抽样数N=(29.295/m+0.062 1)/D^2,和序贯抽样模型:累计虫数T_0(n)=m_0n±1.96(n(29.295m_0+0.062 1m_0~2)^(1/2),可为调查与防治提供有效参考。
Spatial distribution pattern of female adult of A sterococcus muratae Kuwana was determined with aggregation in- dices, Talor power law and concentration index Iwao regression equation. The results showed that A. muratae were aggregated distribution under any density in forest, basal component of distribution was individual group, and individuals attracted each others. Aggregation increased with density increase, caused by insect aggregation behavior itself. Forest theoretical sampling model of A. muratae was established with sampling principle of Iwao: optimum sampling number N=(29.295/m+O.062 1 )/D^2, and sequential sampling model : cumulative number of insect To(n)=mon±1.96√n(29.295m0+O.062 lm0^2, which can provide effective reference for investigation and prevention.
