摘要
针对大厚度铝及铝合金壳体的焊接,利用现有设备进行试验,尝试开发了一种经济高效的焊接方法,采用粗、细丝的合理配置解决了粗丝焊接成形差的问题,并利用粗丝的比表面小这一特点,有效地减少了焊缝中的气孔数量,大大提高了劳动效率。经过对比试验后,认为不等焊丝直径双枪MIG同步焊工艺是焊接大厚度铝及铝合金壳体较为经济高效的焊接方法之一。
For the welding of the thick-walled aluminum and aluminum alloy enclosures,a high efficient welding method was developed.By means of proper match of thick and thin welding wires,the poor weld appearance in welding process with thick welding wire was overcome,the quantity of gas holes in the weld seams was reduced efficiently and the working efficiency was improved greatly by using the characteristic of small specific surface area.The contrast test results show that synchronous MIG welding process based on double torches with different diameters is one of the economical and high efficient welding process of the thick-walled aluminum or aluminum alloy enclosures.
