动脉自旋标记技术在阿尔茨海默病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 动脉自旋标记(ASL)技术是一种利用磁性标记的动脉血作为一种内源性示踪剂,对脑部微血管灌注进行定量测量,与动态对比增强的磁共振灌注成像不同,它无需对比剂,是一种可重复使用且无创的影像学检查手段[1]。目前ASL被广泛应用于基础医学和临床神经病学的研究,用以评估脑部疾病不同阶段血流灌注情况,并可以监测局部区域脑血流量与该区域神经活动的关系。同时提供了大量病变特征和治疗后组织灌注情况。
