去头皮夹无血快速开关颅技术 被引量:11

摘要 开关颅是颅脑外科手术的基础,是神经外科疾病开颅手术治疗的必经步骤,头皮夹作为神经外科颅脑幕上手术头皮常用止血工具之一,使用频率极高.开颅止血经历了单极电凝止血、血管钳止血及头皮夹止血等阶段后,由于高频双极电凝的广泛应用后,头皮局部浸润麻醉配合双极电凝止血成为可能(图1).
