摘要
母线在供电系统中担负着汇集、分配和传送电能的作用。对于母线槽导体材料的选择,不仅要通过理论计算来保证其各项性能指标,还要从绿色制造理论角度来考虑其制造过程和成本。基于绿色制造理论对母线槽制造系统中相导体材料的选择进行研究,并通过理论计算进行性能对比,建立母线槽制造过程对环境影响分析模型并计算对比,使母线槽导体材料在导流能力和成本等方面达到优化。
Busway plays an important role in the power supply system for collection, distribution and transmit power. For compact busway conductor material choice, not only through the theoretical calculation it’s ensured its various performance indicators, but also from the angle of green manufacturing theory it’s considered its manufacturing process and cost. Based on the theory of green manufacturing, the busway manufacturing performance was compared, and the compact busway environmental impact analysis model for manufacture process was established. Busway manufacturing process made the busway conductor material reach the optimization by diverting capacity and cost.
