颗粒的正态分布对颗粒增强复合材料性能的影响

摘要 以正态模型模拟复合材料的第二相颗粒的随机分布,并计算材料的性能。研究表明,正态分布表征了颗粒分布围绕平均颗粒含量上下变化的特性,标准方差(SD)表征了团聚程度,且SD对弹性模量有影响,但影响比较小,且随着SD的增加而增加。另外,线性比例极限和屈服强度将随SD的增加而增加,其增加的趋势明显。 The random distributions of second phase particles in composite were predicted by using normal distribution.The characteristics of the composite were calculated by the model. The results show that the spatial occurrence of the particles changes between mean particle contents and standard deviations(SD) of particle contents identify the degree of clustering. The effective elastic modulus of the composite increase with the adding of SD, but the influence is small. It is found that SD has significant effects on the yield strength and the yield strength increases with the increase of SD.
