船用柴油机气缸套内壁热喷涂方式的研究 被引量:13

摘要 气缸套作为船用柴油机的重要部件,承受着高温、高压、交变载荷等,极易发生高温腐蚀、穴蚀、磨粒磨损、粘着磨损、裂纹、烧蚀等破坏,由此对气缸套的材料要求也非同一般。因此通过两种性能较好的热喷涂的方式,在球墨铸铁气缸套内壁上制备NiCrBSi合金涂层,以达到提高气缸套内壁的硬度、强度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀、抗高温和高压冲击性等。 As an important part of marine diesel engine, the cylinder liner works under high temperature, high pressure and cyclic loading, etc. It’s easy to be damaged by high temperature corrosion, cavitation, abrasive wear, adhesive wear, crack,ablation, and so on. So the material requirement of cylinder liner is unique. Through two thermal spraying ways of better performance, alloy coating was produced on the inner wall of the ductile cast iron cylinder liner, to increase the hardness,strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature and high pressure shock of the inner wall of the cylinder liner.
