摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口宏观检查、金相检验、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等方法对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢波纹管膨胀节早期断裂的失效原因进行了检验和分析。结果表明:该不锈钢波纹管膨胀节的断裂属脆性断裂,其早期断裂的主要原因是波纹管材料固溶处理不当,晶界存在大量网状碳化物导致其塑性降低,从而使得材料在较大变形时容易产生早期断裂。
The early fracture of stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 corrugated pipe was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,macroscopic examination, metallographic test, SEM observation and EDS. The results show that the stainless steel corrugated pipe is broken for brittleness, it is caused by the material without correct solution treatment, so lots of carbides on the grain boundary lead to decrease its ductility, and easily making materials early fracture when more deformation.
