Pinnacle医疗软件架构对放射物理师计划决策的影响

摘要 目的:通过软件架构体系战术思想分析Pinnacle治疗计划系统在设计和评估治疗计划的过程中,对放射物理师执行计划决策的影响。方法:针对Pinnacle计划系统软件架构的主要模块,包括CT图像存储共享与导入模块,肿瘤靶区与危及器官的感兴趣区勾画模块,射束角度、能量与挡铅等设置模块,处方剂量给予与计算模块,逆向调强计划(Inverse Planning)参数设置模块,病人计划的剂量体积直方图评估模块,脚本的运用与设计模块等,让A、B两位放射物理师分别在上诉软件架构模块中执行计划设计、优化与计算等,运用软件体系的性能战术与可修改性战术对计划制定过程进行分析。结果:在CT图像导入、感兴趣区勾画、剂量计算等软件模块中,A、B物理师根据软件架构执行的策略在计划制定的时间与计划结果的质量上出现了较为明显的差异。结论:Pinnacle软件架构体系对放射物理师在计划决策上有较为重要的影响,改善软件架构体系的模块结构对计划质量的优劣也有深远的意义。 Objective:Through the tactical ideals of software architecture to analyze pinnacle treatment planning system in the process of setting and evaluation plan,influence on radiation physicist execution plan decision-making.Methods:In view of the main module of pinnacle software architecture,including the import of CT images,the contour of interested area,dose calculation of inverse design of intensity-modulated and so on,radiation physicist in the above,software architecture in the module implementation plan design,the performance of the tactical use of software system and modifiability tactics are analyzed.Results:Sketch in CT image,the areas of interest,dose calculation module,such as physics division based on software architecture implementation strategy in the planning of time and plan the results appeared on the quality of the obvious differences.Conclusions:Pinnacle software architecture system has important influence on radiation physicist in plan of decision-making,improving the structure of the software architecture system also has a profound significance.
