摘要
患者女,43岁。面、颈及躯干部出现丘疹20余年。皮肤科情况:头皮、面部、颈部、腹部、腋窝及腹股沟等部位均可见粟粒至豌豆大的坚实丘疹,部分融合呈疣样斑块,其上有油腻性痂皮,手背及足背部可见扁平疣样丘疹。患者儿子,22岁。面、颈及躯干部出现相同丘疹7年。诊断:毛囊角化病。
A 43-year-old female patient had follicular papules on the face、dorsa of neck,trunk for 20 years. Skin examination showed solid papules sized from needle tip to pea on the scalp 、face、dorsa of neck,belly,axilla,inguina. The parts of the lesions fused plaques,covered with greasy crust,verruca planae-like papules could be seen on her dorsum of hand. The son of the patient： a 22-year-old male had follicular papules on the face,dorsa of neck,trunk for 7 year. The diagnosis：keratosis follicularis.
