假性Kaposi肉瘤2例

Two Cases of Pseudo Kaposi Sarcoma

例1男,33岁。左小腿紫褐色丘疹、斑块3年就诊。例2男,70岁。双足背紫褐色丘疹、斑块6个月就诊。临床表现都以紫褐色斑丘疹,由多个结节样皮损融合而成为特点。皮肤组织病理学改变均以真皮内小血管增生扩张,红细胞外溢以及真皮内含铁血黄素沉积为特征。结合临床表现及组织病理学均诊断为假性Kaposi肉瘤。

Two cases with Pseudo-Kaposi sarcoma were reported. Patient 1 was a 33-year-old male who presented with purplish-brown papule and plaque on the left calf for 3 years,and patient 2 a 70-year-old male with the same complaint on the instep for 6 months. The symptoms were characterized by purplish-brown maculopapule,fused by nodular skin lesions. And dermatological histopathologic changes revealed proliferation and expansion of capillaries,extravasated erythrocytes,and hemosiderin deposition limited in the dermis. Based on clinical and histopathologic evidence,Pseudo-Kaposi sarcoma diagnosises were established.
