中药内服联合NB-UVB照射治疗白癜风60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Chinese Traditional Medicine Combined with NB-UVB in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Vitiligo

目的观察自拟中药方(组分:当归、黄芪和草河车各12g,白蒺藜、白芷、白术、紫草、桃仁、红花、菟丝子和女贞子各10g,制何首乌、补骨脂和黑芝麻各15g,甘草6g)内服联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的120例白癜风患者随机分为两组,各60例。治疗组予自拟中药方联合NB-UVB照射治疗,对照组予NB-UVB照射治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组为55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论本组自拟中药方内服联合NB-UVB照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Chinese traditional medicine（Prescription： chinese angelica,mongolian milkvetch root and bistortae each 12 g,tribulus terrestris,angelica dahurica,pearl plant,peach kernel,safflower,dodder and fructus ligustri lucidi each 10 g,prepared fleeceflower root,psoralea corylifolia and black sesame each 15 g,licorice 6g） combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of vitiligo were divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with Chinese traditional medicine combined with NB-UVB,the control group was treated with NB-UVB. All patients received 3 months of treatment. Results The effect rate was 83. 33% and 55. 00% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups. Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine combined with NBUVB is effective and safe in the treatment of vitilgo.
