Advances in the Treatment of Pediatric Alopecia Areata

斑秃是由T淋巴细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病。儿童斑秃是皮肤科常见疾病之一,它可对患儿及其家庭产生不良影响。尽管目前存在很多刺激毛囊再生的治疗方法,但是有关这些方法的长期疗效及对生活质量影响的数据是有限的。本文就近年来有关儿童斑秃治疗方法相关文献进行综述。

Alopecia areata（AA） is a T-cell-mediated autoimmune disease. As a common disease in dermatology clinics,pediatric AA often has a bad moral effect on children and their families. Although many treatments have been shown to stimulate hair growth in AA,there are limited data on their long-term efficacy and impact on quality of life. Measurement of treatment for pediatric AA was reviewed in this article.
