摘要
瘙痒是皮肤病常见的临床表现,其发病机制尚不完全清楚。最近研究发现5-羟色胺(5-HT)与瘙痒的关系可能有以下几点:5-HT通过蛋白酶激活受体2型(PAR2)介导瘙痒;5-HT通过鸦片受体介导瘙痒;5-HT通过5-HT2受体介导瘙痒;对5-HT敏感的长效发射型神经元负责将瘙痒信息传输到脊髓;选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)如帕罗西汀,能介导中枢性瘙痒的信号传导;5-HT3受体亚型拮抗剂昂丹司琼(ondansetron)治疗瘙痒有效。由此可见,5-HT可能是一种强效的致痒因子;研究5-HT在瘙痒中的作用机制为开发5-HT类新药,为临床治疗瘙痒都具有重要意义。
Itching is a common clinical manifestations of skin diseases. The pathogenesis of pruritus is not completely understood. Recent researches suggested that the relationships between serotonin( 5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT) and pruritus may include several mediators:5-HT mediates pruritus by proteinase-activated receptor type 2( PAR2);5-HT mediates pruritus by opioid receptor;5-HT mediates pruritus by 5-HT2receptor;Longterm emission neurons which are sensitive to 5-HT is responsible for delivering the itching information to the spinal cord;Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors( SSRIs),for example paroxetine,are able to mediate in transimitting the central itching signal;Ondansetron(5-HT3 receptor subtype antagonist) have been treated itching effectly. Thus,5-HT may be a factor which causes itching greatly. It is of great significance to study on the mechanism of 5-HT in pruritus for developing 5-HT medicines and treating itching.
