他克莫司联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎29例临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Tacrolimus Combined with Diprospan on 29 Cases of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis

目的探讨他克莫司联合复方倍他米松(商品名:得宝松)注射液治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将57例患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组29例,给予0.03%他克莫司联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗;对照组28例,仅采用0.03%他克莫司外用,两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组起效时间为(1.86±0.62)d,疗程第2周、第4周及疗程后第8周的有效率分别为93.10%,96.55%和93.10%;对照组分别为(6.30±1.55)d,64.29%,78.57%和67.86%。疗程第2,4周及疗程后第8周时两组有效率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用0.03%他克莫司联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,起效快、疗效好、复发率低。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of tacrolimus combined with diprospan for the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods Fifty-seven patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group（ 29 /57） was treated with 0. 03% tacrolimus combined with diprospan,while the control group（ 28 /57） received 0. 03% tacrolimus externally. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results The onset time of the treatment group and the control group was（1. 86 ± 0. 62）d and（6. 30 ± 1. 55）d. In the treatment group,at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the effective rates were 93. 10%,96. 55% and 93. 10% respectively,which were（ while） 64. 29%,78. 57% and 67. 86% in the control group. The effective rates were significant differences between the two groups in the second,fourth weeks and the eighth weeks later of treatment. Conclusion Topical tacrolimus0. 03% and Diprospan is better choice for patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis because of rapid onset of efficacy,clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate.
