时效处理对热连轧GH4169合金组织及晶格常数的影响 被引量:1

Microstructure and Lattice Parameters of Hot Continuous Rolling GH4169 Alloy by Different Aging Treatment

摘要 采用透射电镜(TEM)对时效处理热连轧GH4169合金的组织形貌进行观察,并采用X射线衍射物相分析(XRD),运用Origin PFM软件和公式进行晶格常数测定,研究时效处理对GH4169变形高温合金组织结构与晶格常数的影响。结果表明,热连轧GH4169合金的组织主要由γ基体、γ'和γ″相组成,3相的体积分数分别为50%,45%和5%;经直接时效和长期时效处理后,合金中的γ基体的体积分数基本保持不变,γ'相的体积分数逐渐减小到26%和19%,而γ″相的体积分数逐渐增加到24%和31%,且γ'和γ″相分别以粒状和枣核状的形式镶嵌在γ基体中。X射线衍射分析表明,热连轧GH4169合金中γ,γ'和γ″相具有较大晶格常数,经直接和长期时效后,各相的晶格常数略有减小,HCR合金经直接时效和长期时效后,合金中γ和γ'相的晶格错配度分别由0.2910%增大至0.3827%和0.3639%,同时,γ″相与γ相的晶格错配度分别由0.1082%增大到0.1583%和0.1501%。 Microstructure of hot continuous rolling GH4169 alloy aging treatment was observed using transmission electron microscope( TEM),and the phases were analyzed using X-ray diffraction( XRD). The lattice constant was measured using Origin PFM software and formula,the effects of aging treatment on microstructure and lattice parameters of GH4169 wrought superalloys were investigated.The results showed that the microstructure of GH4169 alloy mainly consisted of γ,γ' and γ″ phases with volume fractions of 50%,45% and 5%,respectively. After direct aging and long-term aging treatment,the content of γ matrix had no change,and the volume fraction of γ' phase decreased to 26% and 19% gradually,and that of γ″ phase in the alloy increased to 24% and 31%. Thereinto,the γ' and γ″ phases in the alloy displayed as the particle-like and jujube-stone in the matrix. The XRD analysis indicated that the lattice parameters of γ,γ' and γ″ phases were bigger in the hot continuous rolling GH4169 alloy,and decreased slightly after direct aging and long-term aging treatment. And after direct aging and long-term aging treatments,the lattice misfits of γ' and γ phases in the alloy and increased from 0. 2910% to 0. 3827% and 0. 3639% respectively,at the same time,the lattice misfits of γ″ and γ phases in the alloy increased from 0. 1082% to 0. 1583% and 0. 1501%.
