供受体ABO血型不相容的肝移植受体长期生存经验分析 被引量：1

摘要 供受体血型相同或相容是进行器官移植的基本条件,但在紧急的时候,ABO血型不相容肝移植可以使患者渡过危险期,获得再次肝移植的机会.我们实施ABO血型不相容肝移植（ABO incompatible liver transplantation,ABO-iLT）1例,目前已健康存活20个月,现将其长期生存的经验分析如下.
