结直肠癌肝转移的过程及分子机制 被引量：3

摘要 据最新的美国癌症统计资料表明,结直肠癌（Colorectal Cancer,CRC）发病率高居第3位;而近年来,由于生活及饮食习惯的改变,我国结直肠癌的发病率也逐年上升.因此,结直肠癌成为严重威胁人类健康的一种常见恶性肿瘤.CRC有嗜肝性转移的特点,而且肝转移是影响其预后的很重要因素.病理学研究显示,高-中分化的CRC肝转移的发生率较低分化癌高,而且原发部位癌细胞是否浸润淋巴管、血管及TNM分期也是影响肝转移的重要因素.
