创伤性脑疝患者预后及影响因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 颅脑损伤发生率在创伤中位居第二,仅次于四肢骨折的发生率.当颅脑损伤患者发生脑疝时,颅内出现较大占位体积,正常脑组织受到挤压,从而引起颅腔内压力分布不均.创伤性脑疝具有起病急、病情严重、发展迅速、病死率居高不下的特点1-3.若不及时采取手术解除脑疝对脑组织的压迫,会造成严重后果,甚至危及生命.创伤性脑疝已成为神经外科的重点研究方向,了解其预后和影响预后的影响因素能为其治疗提供有价值的参考依据.笔者回顾性分析2008年10月—2013年10月收治的185例创伤性脑疝患者,评估其预后及影响因素.现报告如下.
