变应性鼻炎患者焦虑状态评估及与症状、体征的相关性分析

Allergic rhinitis patients with anxiety state evaluation and analysis of the correlation with symptoms and signs

目的应用自评焦虑量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)探讨变应性鼻炎患者焦虑状态及与症状、体征的相关性。方法 56例变应性鼻炎患者均于治疗前、治疗后第14、28、42天给予问卷调查,同时进行症状、体征评分,将SAS评分与症状、体征评分进行相关性分析。结果 SAS评分显示治疗前焦虑状态明显,评分(51.38±9.85)分,治疗第28天SAS评分下降至(36.56±7.35)分,症状计分下降至(4.79±0.92)分,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,治疗前后体征评分有所下降但并无显著性差异。Person相关性分析显示焦虑得分与症状评分存在正相关(r=0.625),相关系数显著(P<0.01),焦虑得分与体征评分存在正相关(r=0.349),相关系数显著(P<0.01)。结论变应性鼻炎患者存在焦虑状态,且与症状、体征存在正相关,症状改善后患者焦虑状态明显改善。

Objective Applied to self-rating anxiety scale, explored the correlation about patient anxiety, symptoms and signs. Methods 56 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were given questionnaires in before treatment, the first 14, 28, 42 days after treatment, then, scored of symptoms and signs. Then analyzed of the correlation between SAS score with symptoms and signs score. Results SAS scores showed anxiety state before treatment significantly, score（51.38±9.85） points, 28 days of treatment SAS score decreased to（36.56 ± 7.35） points, symptom scores decreased to（4.79±0.92） points. Compared with before treatment with a statistically significant difference. Before and after treatment and signs of decline, but there was no significant difference. Person correlation analysis showed that anxiety score was positively correlated with symptom scores（r=0.625）. The correlation coefficient was significantly（P〈0.01）. Anxiety score was positively correlated with symptoms score（r= 0.349）, the correlation coefficient was significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Anxiety patients with allergic rhinitis, with symptoms and signs related. After symptoms improved significantly improve patient anxiety.
