留置针贴膜临床护理疗效观察

目的观察静脉留置针贴膜临床护理疗效。方法将2012年2月～2014年2月我院收治的需进行静脉输液的患者210例,随机分为两组,对照组采用一次性头皮钢针输液,实验组使用静脉留置针贴膜临床护理,观察两组患者液体外渗发生率及输液结束时间,并采用自制表对患者心理焦虑情况进行测定。结果实验组患者液体外渗发生率少于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者焦虑及疼痛的评分两组患者比较具有显著有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,实验组优于对照组。结论静脉留置针贴膜临床护理能有效平稳患者的焦虑及疼痛状况,减少液体外渗发生率,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To observe the venous indwelling needle sticker clinical nursing curative effect. Methods210 cases of patients from 2012 February to 2014 February in our hospital for intravenous infusion, were randomly divided into two groups, the controlgroup using disposable scalp needle infusion, experimental group using clinical nursing of indwelling vein needle sticking film, two groups were observed in patients with fluid extravasation incidence and liquid transfusion end time, and thepsychological anxiety patients were measured by table. Results The experimental group liquid leakage rate less than patients in the control group, significantdifferences between the two groups（P〈0.05）; two patients anxiety and pain scoresbetween two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）, the experimental group was better than control group. Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle sticking clinicalnursing can effectively smooth anxiety and pain of patients, reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation, is worthy of clinical popularization.
