摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的急性心血管神经症患者60例,观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者给予倍他乐克治疗;观察组患者在对照组药物治疗的基础之上,再联合采用心可舒进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组接受治疗后,其疗效明显优于对照组,疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗急性心血管神经症,能有效改善患者预后质量,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 60 cases of acute cardiovascular neurosis patients of our hospital,the observation group and control group 30 cases,control group patients give betaloc treatment;Observation group of patients in the control group,the basis of drug therapy,with the heart can comfortable treatment,compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The observation group after treatment,the curative effect was better than control group,curative effect comparison has the obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cardiovascular neurosis, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with quality,is worth promoting in clinic.
