摘要
随着国内外生产测井使用单芯电缆系列仪器产生的数据量越来越大,迫切需要开发高效率的通信系统以解决生产测井中的通信瓶颈问题。本文提出了基于16 QAM调制方式的单芯电缆高速遥传系统技术方案,并完成了采用此方案的软硬件系统设计。井下数据发送模块以200 kbp的速率发送井下仪器产生的数据,地面接收模块可以准确接收。通过7 000 m的单芯电缆进行传输实验,最终确定了以16 QAM为调制方式的传输方案。经过多次实验证实:采用16 QAM调制解调技术的遥传系统在7 000 m电缆上数据速率达到200 kbps且误码率达到10-7是完全可行的,完全满足了多参数生产测井仪对单芯电缆测井系统的数据传输速率要求。
As the amount of datum from series of instruments of single core cable for production logging at home and abroad is getting larger and larger,it is essential to develop high efficient communication system to solve the bottle-neck problem of logging technology. For this purpose,the scheme of high-speed telemetry system of single-core cable based on modulation and demodulation mode of 16 QAM is designed and its hardware and software system design is completed. The underground data sending module transmits the downhole data at the rate of 200 kbps to the ground. And the data can be accurately received.After experiments on transmitting data through 7000- meter sigle core cable,ultimately the transmission scheme of 16 QAM modulation and demodulation type is adopted. And it is verified in experiments: 16 QAM modulation and demodulation mode can upload up to 200 kbps in 7000 meters in a single core cable,and the data's error rate is less than 10- 7. This transmission speed meets the request of the multiple parameters of production instrument for a single core cable in logging system.
