摘要
随着苏里格气田的进一步开发建设,加热炉井数逐渐增多,加热炉气井的安全管理工作逐渐凸显,为降低风险、保障安全的风险辨识工作以及防控措施则是各项工作中的重点。加热炉气井的生产数据及井口视频实时传输至监控平台,井口双阀(电磁阀)控制,保证了第一时间发现异常并立即处置。但是该类气井地层出砂减薄管线壁厚、减弱管线承压能力却无有效措施控制。文章针对此项问题对加热炉井运行风险深入分析,GDCS-32管道除砂装置在气井生产过程中的有效应用,取得了较好的使用效果。
With the further development and construction of gas field,the number of heating furnace gas wells is gradually increasing. But there are such problems in this wells that the formation sand decreases the wall thickness and weakens the bearing capacity of the pipeline,and there are still no effective measures to control this problem. The application of GDCS- 32 gas pipeline desanding device in the production process has shown good effect.
