摘要
对尿样、血样和针剂中的盐酸布比卡因进行了测定.盐酸布比卡因在盐酸溶液中被质子化之后与AuCl4-形成离子缔合物,用CH2Cl2将其萃取,并将其带入纳米微反应器中(含有鲁米诺的氯化十六烷基三甲基铵反胶束),离解出来的AuCl4-氧化鲁米诺会产生化学发光现象.实验结果表明,盐酸布比卡因的质量浓度(1.0 × 10-3~10.0μg/mL)与发光强度成正比,检出限(3σ)为6.0×10-2 ng/mL,对1.0 μg/mL的盐酸布比卡因进行11次平行测定,RSD为2.3%.该法灵敏、廉价、可靠,为评价盐酸布比卡因的质量提供了依据.
In this paper,bupivacaine hydrochlorid has been determined in urine,blood and injection samples.In hydrochloric acid solution,the bupivacaine hydrochlorid is protonated and then an ion-pair complex of tetrachloroaurate (Ⅲ) with bupivacaine hydrochlorid could be obtained.When the ion-pair complex is extracted and carried by dichloromethane into nanometer microreactor (a reversed micellar containing luminol formed by the cation surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium chlorine),an analytical chemiluminescence signal is observed when the luminol is oxidized by the dissociated tetrachloroaurate (Ⅲ).The experimental results demonstrated that chemiluminescence (CL) intensities are proportional to the concentrations of bupivacaine hydrochlorid over the range 1.0 × 10-3 ~10.0 μg/mL with a detection limit (DL) of 6.0 × 10-2 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.3% for 1.0 μg/mL bupivacaine hydrochlorid (n =11).This method is sensitive,inexpensive,reliable,and it provides a basis for the quality evaluation of bupivacaine hydrochloride.
