政务微博制度化管理的路径思考

政务微博的加入与发展正在逐渐改变政务信息的传播模式和公共问题的处理方式。同时,微博使用行为规范化、危机处理及时性等也成为政务微博制度化管理亟待解决的问题。本文以新浪微博政务厅统计数据为研究基础,总结政务微博在使用过程中存在的问题,提出政务微博制度化管理的路径思考。

The join and development of government microblog is gradually changing the mode of transmission and handling of government information public issues.The standardized usage behavior and the timeliness of crisis management have become institutionalized management problems that need to be solved.Based on the statistics data of Sina microblog administrative office,the problems in the course of government microblog using were summarized,the thinking path of government microblog institutionalized management was put forward.
