Fe3O4@Au@Ag复合纳米材料的制备及SERS研究

摘要 用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4,用静电吸附法制备Fe3O4@Au复合磁性纳米材料,用种子生长法制备出Fe3O4@Au@Ag复合磁性纳米材料。利用紫外一可见吸收光谱研究复合磁性纳米颗粒的光谱特性,以结晶紫为探针分子检测磁性纳米颗粒的表面增强拉曼散射光谱。实验结果表明:复合磁性纳米颗粒既具有磁性又具有贵金属光谱特性;复合磁性纳米颗粒能很好地改善Fe3O4磁性纳米颗粒的表面增强拉曼散射活性。 Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method, gold nanoparticles were adsorbed on the surface of Fe3O4 by electrostatic for Fe3O4@Au and the gold nanoparticles were used as seed crystals for the growth of Fe3O4@Au@Ag. The spectra of the spectral characteristics by UV - visible absorption spectrum, and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering spectra of crystal violet on magnetic nanoparticles. Studies have shown that the composite magnetic nanoparticles have magnetic and spectral characteristics of precious metals. Composite magnetic nanoparticles can improve the Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering activity of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles.
