摘要
2007年以来,我国陆续实行了中等职业教育助学金和免学费政策,努力提升中职教育的吸引力,但对2006年至2012年中职招生数分析得出,免补政策并没有效刺激中职教育的需求。中职教育作为教育市场上的一种"商品",应从扩大招生对象范围,扩宽毕业生发展道路,加大政府监管力度等方面,切实提高中职教育质量。
The policies of grants and free tuitions that are to enhance the attractiveness of secondary vocational educationhave been carried out in secondary vocational education successively since 2007. However, the enrollment number of sec-ondary vocational students from 2006 to 2012 indicates that the policies don＇t effectively stimulate demand for secondaryvocational education. Secondary vocational education is regarded as the＂commodity＂of education market, so in order tostimulate its demand, secondary vocational education should adopt measures in the following aspects： enlarge recruitmentobjects, expand development road of graduates, strengthen monitoring of government and enhance educational quality.
