摘要
综合人力资本和成本收益决策理论,构建新生代农民工培养意愿影响因素检验的Logistic模型,对重庆市新生代农民工调研数据的实证结果表明:影响新生代农民工培训意愿的因素较多,个人、工作、生活以及培训特征变量均包含影响培训意愿的因素;具有外出前培训经历或进城后培训经历的新生代农民工,相比没有相关培训经历的农民工,有更大的意愿继续参与培训;有无培训经历导致新生代农民工培训意愿的影响因素存在显著差异。培训供给主体在定位培训市场的潜在客户时,应重视新生代农民工的个体差异及有无相关培训经历的重要影响。
referring the human capital and cost-benefit theory, this paper analyzes the factors impacting training willing-ness of new generation peasants through the Logistic model, It is found that the training of new generation of migrantworkers affected by many factors including personal, work, life and training characteristic variables; having training experi-ence of the new generation of migrant workers, compared with no relevant training experiences of migrant workers, have agreater willingness to continue participation in training; whether the influence factors of training experience leads to newgeneration of migrant workers training will exist significant differences. According to the results, the training institutesshould pay attention to the personal difference and whether have training experience when provide training.
