摘要
基于农村劳动力转移就业培训满意度影响因素开展调研,运用因子分析法将农村劳动力转移培训满意度影响因素划分为三个因子,分别是认知因子、情感意志因子和产出评价因子,以此为框架的具体培训满意度指标包括宣传满意度、培训场地满意度、培训课时满意度等11个指标。
Based on the investigation of rural labor transfer employment training satisfaction, this study focuses on analy-sis of training satisfaction factor assessment by using method of factor analysis, and the results show that satisfaction fac-tors of rural labor transfer training consists of cognitive factor, emotional factor and output factor, and finally raises thematerial satisfaction indicators which include 11 indicators of publicizing satisfaction degree, training place satisfaction de-gree, etc.
