摘要 发展有效、系统、科学的指标体系,用于监控职业教育与培训体系的实施绩效和运行结果是世界各国职业教育改革发展的重要领域。从这一角度出发,世界重要国际组织和发达国家纷纷从整个职业教育体系评估、职业教育机构办学质量评估、具体教学过程评估等不同角度制定了独具特色的指标体系。借鉴其经验,我国应从不同角度建立多层次的职业教育评估指标体系,形成职业教育评估指标核心因素群,更加重视结果或绩效本位的指标开发。 To develop effective, systematic and scientific indicator system for monitoring the quality of vocational educa-tion is an important field for the reform and development of vocational education in the world. Relevant international orga-nizations and developed countries have developed comprehensive indicators for vocational education from the perspective ofsystem construction, institute running and teaching process, etc. referring their experience, China should try to buildmulti-level evaluation systems for vocational education, form core factors group for evaluation of vocational education andpay more attention to outcome-based indicator development.
