摘要
2014年7月,向家坝水电站左右岸电站8台机组全部投入运行。在水库从354 m到370 m蓄水过程中,完成了10次不同水位下的机组稳定性及相对效率试验;利用年度机组检修时段对机组流道进行了加强帷幕灌浆及渗水的处理;年度检修中整体更换了上层环管和下层环管并增加了环管壁厚,从而解决了右岸机组空冷器冷却水管路漏水问题;对支管连接形式进行改造,解决原管路漏水问题;将主引出线周边挡风板及其螺栓紧固件改为不锈钢材质后,减小了电磁感应,消除了发热;优化了机组滑环装置;对顶盖排水监控进行了改装;对影响水电站运行的其他相关问题也进行了分析研究。
All eight hydro-generating units of the left and fight plants of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station have been put into operation in July 2014. During storage process of reservoir from EL. 354 to 370 m, ten times of unit's stability and relative efficiency test under different water levels are tested. The strengthened curtain grouting and seepage treatment of flow channel are carried out in annual maintenance period. The upper and lower loops are replaced in annual routine maintenance and the thicknesses of pipe wall are increased to solve the cooling pipe leakage of unit's air cooler of fight-bank plant. The branch pipe connection of operational seal water supply is transformed to solve the leakage of original pipeline. The windshield and bolt fasteners surrounding main leading-out are replaced with stainless steel material to reduce electromagnetic induction and eliminate heating phenomenon. The slip ring of unit is optimized. The monitoring for head cover drainage is modified. Other issues affecting the operation of units are also analyzed.
