Practice on Enterprise Standard System Construction of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Plant

向家坝水电厂将企业标准体系建设定位于构建科学、规范、高度适用的企业标准体系,探索实践电厂标准化管理新模式,将设备设施与生产技术管理经验和创新成果融合固化,促进管理的标准化、精细化,形成企业核心竞争力,助推企业逐步实现一流水电厂目标。通过体系的实施,在筹建和接机发电的各项电力生产活动中均发挥了重要作用,保证了生产质量和效率,初步形成了巨型机组的核心运行维护能力和企业竞争力,连续两年实现了机组"零非停"。

The enterprise standard system of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Plant is built on the basis of a scientific, standardized and highly applicable principle to explore the new management mode of hydropower plant standardization. The standard system merges the management experiences of equipments and production and the technology innovations together to promote the standardization and refinement of management, form the core competitiveness and achieve the goal of top-ranking hydropower plant gradually. The standard system plays an important role in preparation stage, unit receiving to power generation stage and other electricity production activities because it can ensure the quality and efficiency. The implementation of standard system initially forms the core operation and maintenance capability of giant unit and the core competitiveness of enterprise, and ensures zero non-fauh shutdown of units in past two years.
