摘要
从碳粉吸收装置、电刷设置、电流密度、滑环表面的氧化膜、螺旋线槽滑环等方面分析了大型发电机运行过程中滑环装置过热与电刷产生的火花的原因,总结了技术改进方法,并提出只要能在滑环表面有效形成氧化膜,电刷应尽量降低电流密度以避免电刷过热和出现火花。
The reasons of overheating and brush arcing of slip ring during the operation of large hydro-generator unit are analyzed from the aspects of brush powder collection device, brush arrangement, current density, oxide film on slip ring surface, spiral groove of slip ring, and the improvements are summarized. It is also suggested that the current density of brush should be decreased as much as possible to avoid brush overheating and arcing if the oxide film can be formed on the surface of slip ring,
