Design and Optimization of Reserve-power Auto-Put-Into Device for 10 kV Service Power System of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station

摘要 前期试验发现,向家坝水电站10 kV厂用电备用电源自动投入装置设计存在二次接线复杂、逻辑编写不合理、开关合闸机构卡死和装置面板及远方LCU无备自投运行情况信号等问题.结合电站主接线形式、设备配置,电站10 kV备自投设计原理及实现过程,对备自投前期设计及实现方式进行了优化.试验和实际运行结果表明,优化后的备自投按优先级动作正确,满足功能要求. The early tests find that the design of reserve-power Auto-Put-Into Device (APD) for 10 kV service power system of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station exist some defects, such as complex secondary wiring, unreasonable trigger logic, switch closing mechanism jam and no APD signal on device screen and LCU. Combining with the main connection mode and device configuration of power station and the design principles and implementation process of APD, the original design of APD and its implementation process are optimized. The tests and actual operations show that the optimized APD can correctly put into operation according to priorities and meets the requirements on function.
