向家坝水电站机组调速系统油压装置优化设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 油压装置是调速系统可靠运行的重要保证,向家坝水电站调速系统在满足系统要求的前提下,对水轮机组调速系统的油压装置进行了优化设计,用一台小油泵取代一台大油泵作为机组运行期间的主油泵持续运转,补充系统用油,而其他3台大油泵作为备用油泵;对油泵出口组合阀进行了改进,油泵的卸载压力油通过改造后的组合阀后不经冷却器直接进入集油槽。这些改进措施使得机组调速系统结构更加简单,给机组的稳定运行创造了条件。 The oil pressure supply system is important to ensure reliable operation of the governing system of turbine. The design ofoil pressure supply systems in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station are optimized under the premise of meeting the requirements of power system, in which, a oil pump with smaller capacity is used as the main pump to continuously supply oil pressure, and other three pumps with larger capacity are used as standby pumps. The pump outlet combination valve is also improved, in which, the unloading pressure oil will directly flow back to oil sump without through the cooler. These improvements make the governing system structure more simple and conductive to the stable operation of unit.
