摘要
TMR(全日混合粮)技术正被广泛的应用于奶牛饲养,国内对于这个领域研究较少,国内普遍使用的TMR主要源于进口。本文介绍并分析了立式TMR饲料搅拌机的结构、工作特点及其混合原理。基于饲料和实际工况,对搅拌机中关键部件--搅龙的基本参数加以确定,并对搅龙的转速确定进行了理论分析。运用ANSYS Workbench对搅龙进行了模态和应力分析,得到了搅龙的应力应变云图和前6阶振型。
TMR has been widely used in the cow breeding, but there is little research at domestic. TMR mixers commonly used in China at present are almost from import. The structures, operating features and mixing principles of vertical TMR mixer were introduced. The basic parameter of auger, which is the criti-cal part of mixer, was determined based on the feed and working conditions. Theoretical analysis of the TMR auger rotating speed was conducted afterwards.Modal and stress analysis of auger were conducted by using ANSYS workbench, and the stress and strain map were then obtained as well as the first six or-ders vibration mode.
