摘要
针对工程及农业机械转向特点,基于现有的液压转向助力系统,提出优化设计方案。以两个相同电位器之间的电位差作为输入控制信号,省略反馈环节,简化系统结构。针对比例电磁阀中位死区问题提出线性补偿方案,将补偿后的电流经过整流放大,加载到电磁比例阀。控制信号根据方向盘转向幅度决定比例电磁阀阀芯位移大小,实现快速性和稳定性的结合。当车轮偏转角度因为外力作用而产生偏差时,系统将根据偏差信号进行自动调整。
According to the characteristics of engineering and agricultural machinery steering, an optimization design was proposed based on the existing hydraulic power steering system. Taking the potential difference between two same potentiometers as input control signal, the system structure was simplified without feedback. According to the proportional electromagnetic valve in a dead zone problem, the linear compensation scheme was proposed. By rectifying and amplifying the signal compensated, it was loaded into electromagnetic proportional valve. The control signal decides the displacement of the proportional electromagnetic valve's valve core according to the steering angle of the steering wheel with fast speed and stability. When the wheel deflection angle is changed by the external force, the system will adjust itself automatically according to the deviation signal.
