摘要
针对园林绿地绿篱修剪中存在的不足,设计开发一种手推式绿篱修剪机,根据使用功能提出了手推式绿篱修剪机的结构方案与总体尺寸,接着采用机械设计的方法设计出了手推式绿篱修剪机的主要零部件,之后,应用软件对手推式绿篱修剪机进行了三维建模,并对其中的关键部件作了静力学分析,在此基础上优化了该部件结构尺寸,最后,指出了手推式绿篱修剪机的应用情况。
According to the shortage of green garden hedge pruning, a hand-push hedge trimmer was designed. Firstly, the structure and overall dimension were put forward based on the use function, and then the main components were designed by the method of mechanical design. The 3D modeling was created by using UG software, and the statics analysis of the key components was made. On this basis, the structure and size of the components were optimized. Finally, the application of hand-push hedge trimmer was concluded.
