摘要
选择由薄壁矩形钢管焊接而成的客车车身骨架L型基本结构,探讨接头单双侧加角板对L型结构刚度和强度的影响。通过有限元计算和试验分析表明,双侧加角板可同时提高L型结构在弯曲和扭转工况下的刚度和强度;而单侧加角板只能提高L型结构在弯曲工况下的刚度和强度,单侧加角板对增强L型结构弯曲刚度和强度的作用虽不及双侧加角板的大,但比双侧加角板的一半要多。
This paper selected a bus basic structures called L-joint welded by two close thin wall rectangle steel tubes, then it discussed the effects of adding triangle brackets on the rigidity and strength of bus L-joint structure. The calculation by finite element method and experimental analysis showed adding triangle brackets at double sides can enhance both of the rigidity and strength of bus L-joint structure, but adding triangle bracket at one side can only enhance the bending rigidity and strength. Although the effect of adding triangle bracket joint at one side was less than that of both sides, it was more than half of the effects of adding triangle bracket joint at both sides.
