摘要
针对传统直流稳压电源存在稳压精度不高、不易调准、读数不直观的问题,提出了一种基于PIC16F877A数控稳压电源的设计方案,介绍了系统的工作原理及软硬件设计。该系统采用闭环反馈的方式对设定参数进行智能调节和控制以提高稳压电源输出精度,通过串行通信接口实现上、下位机的通信,具有灵活设定参数以及远程控制与监测功能。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,输出精度高、误差小,具有较强的可靠性及抗干扰能力。
In order to solve the regulated power supply problems of traditional DC in not high accuracy, not easy tuning and not intuitive reading, a design scheme of NC regulated power supply based on 16F877 A was put forward, and the working principle and design of software and hardware of the system were introduced. The closed loop feedback mode was used in the system to adjust and control output parameters for improving the accuracy of regulated power supply and serial port was used to realize communication between upper and lower computers. The system has functions of flexible setting parameter and remote monitoring. It runs stably, has high output precision and small error with high reliability and anti-interference ability.
