摘要
分析吉林省农村金融排斥的总体现状,指出吉林省农村地区在不同程度上还存在地理、评估等金融排斥现象,这种排斥使部分农户主体排斥在金融之外,严重阻碍了吉林省农村地区金融业的发展。同时,构建吉林省金融排斥的测算模型,测算吉林省38个县(市)农村金融排斥指数,显示吉林省农村金融仍呈现差异性的排斥程度。最后提出破解吉林省金融排斥现象的对策建议。
The overall situation of rural financial exclusion in Jilin Province was analyzed, there are still different geographical and assessment financial ex-clusion phenomenon to some extent, which excludes part of farmer main body outside the finance area, this seriously hindered the development of financial industry in Jilin province. The calculating model of the financial exclusion of Jilin Province was established, and the index of 38 cities was calculated. The rural finance still appears different ostracisms in different areas of Jilin province. The countermeasure was put forward.
