摘要
为了研究单搭接螺栓连接结构的承载特性及钉头形式对其影响,进行了单搭接连接件的拉伸试验与数值模拟仿真,试验结果表明:钉头形式对连接结构失效模式影响较大,凸头螺栓连接件的层合板只有挤压破坏,沉头螺栓连接件主要为净截面拉伸破坏;数值分析采用面内失效和层间分层失效的渐进失效方法建立三维模型,计算结果显示凸头螺栓连接件在层合板孔边附近出现了严重的纤维损伤和挤压分层损伤,而沉头螺栓连接件层合板的净截面应变明显偏大导致拉伸破坏,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
In order to investigate bolt nailhead shape effect on single-lap composite bolted joints, a test on countersunk bolt specimen and protruding-head bolt specimen under tensile loading was performed, according to the experimental results, protruding-head bolt specimen composite has bearing damage while countersunk bolt specimen composite fails in tension; a bolt single-lap 3D finite element model was developed to simulate the composite progressive damage, the simulation results show that protruding-head specimen laminate appears serious fiber and delamination damage, countersunk specimen great microstrain leads to its failure in tension, simulative results predict experimentation well.
